Please read below important information about your stay.

CHECK OUT/CHECK IN

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am no exceptions. No bag drop offs or storage.

When you enter our Home, you will be treated as Family ALWAYS.

This is a residential area and our home, please be aware of noise on the patio units because sound travels. Quiet time is asked after 10:00 pm to ensure good nights rest for all.

ECO-FRIENDLY

We love Mama Earth and want to honor her and stay connected. In all of our units we provide anything, you need for cooking and kitchen essentials. We ask that you do not buy Styrofoam or single use plastic to use during your stay.

Majority of our cleaning supplies are non-toxic and organic. All laundry detergent, plug ins are safe and non-toxic as well.

SMOKING

NO SMOKING TOBACCO PRODUCTS in the buildings or patios. We do have a designated area for cigarette smoking on the side of our unit and we ask all guests to not dispose of ANY butts on the ground. Please put them in the blue trash cans on the side of the building by the butterfly. This is extremely important to us. Nature is to be cherished and honored.

Cannabis Smoking is allowed with a Puerto Rican Medicinal License  please only smoke in the common areas or the front patio (not the back patios).

NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE BEDROOMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

LINENS

Towels: We provide 2 cotton bath towels, and a beach towel (rolled up) for your stay. Washcloths NOT provided. We hope this will be sufficient; this also helps the environment and cuts back on energy waste. Hooks to hang your towels are provided in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Please utilize hooks to dry towels not balcony ledges.

If you desire extra housekeeping services during your stay, we are happy to accommodate for an extra fee. We provide a wash and fold laundry service for personal items at $10 a load.

Bed Sheets: 100% cotton quality bed sheets are on your bed for a comfy night’s sleep. Accidents sometimes happen. Please inform us of any stains and we can get it out immediately. Hair dye, Sunscreen and stains that don't come out will be the responsibility of the guest and a $60 charge to reservation.

GENERAL

Please turn off ALL fans when leaving the unit and bedrooms.

Split-level AC units are provided in the bedrooms of the 2 BR units. PLEASE do not turn the AC on and open the doors, this will not make the common areas cooler and it will affect our units. The AC is intended for the bedrooms while taking a nap or sleeping at night. Please keep the doors shut at all times while using the AC. The unit cools down the rooms fast so PLEASE shut the AC off upon waking up and leaving for the day.

Please lock your front door when you leave any lost keys will be a change of $25

Please do not flush any paper products down the toilet. Including toilet paper, paper towel or sanitary napkins. Our building was first built in the 1950's and the pipes are very sensitive.

​Please rinse off all sand in the outside shower. To prevent the pipes from clogging.

ENVIRONMENT

This is a Caribbean island and you will see occasional mosquitos year round please keep this in mind.

Luquillo Pueblo is a vivacious surf town that is growing you will often hear music from the cars near the beach.

LoveSoulBeautiful is an urban oasis in a small local town. You will notice vacant houses with murals on our street and around the area. This is common on the entire island but we are a safe community and love our local Borinquen neighborhood. The street we are located on was once a fishing community and is known as La Marina,we love our little street and our neighbors.
